Return Period

With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can take up to 30 days to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Qualifications

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following criteria must be met:

  • Item was purchased from by you
  • No more than 30 days have transpired since purchasing the item
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Return request is submitted (use request form below), approved, and item shipped as directed

Exempt Items

Some items are exempt from being returned. These items include the following:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Gift certificates


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Defective Products

To return defective products, call 1-937-709-0029 to speak to a customer care representative, and the terms of your return will be discussed. Explain the problem that you are having with the product, also include any pertinent information you feel you need to tell us. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Nymland prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Damaged Goods

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Nymland at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. Please contact our customer care department at 1-937-709-0029 to file a claim.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


To return your product, please follow the directions in the email you receive after submitting a return request and ship the item to the address as instructed.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance to protect your item while in transit.
